What we do

Three jobs. One system. Yours alone in your ZIPs.

Most marketing companies sell one piece and hand you a login. We take the whole path from a homeowner’s search to an estimate on your calendar, and we take responsibility for the numbers at every handoff.

How we do it

Five stages between a search and a signed estimate. We own the handoffs.

Leads die at handoffs: the unanswered call, the unqualified visit, the estimate nobody confirmed. Each stage below has a standard it must meet and a number that proves it. That is what you buy.

01

Found

Listing, local rankings and a site built to convert. The listing comes first because that is where most local jobs start.

StandardYour name, phone and address identical everywhere Google looks
02

Contacted

Inbound answered in minutes. Outbound to homeowners in your exclusive territory, where you want the volume.

StandardFirst reply target under five minutes, daytime hours only, opt-outs honoured for good
03

Qualified

Real address, real scope, a job worth at least $500. Smaller asks are thanked and not put on your calendar.

Standard$500 minimum, address confirmed, scope in the homeowner’s words
04

Booked

A confirmed time on your calendar with everything the crew needs. Reminders go out; reschedules are handled.

StandardBooked, verified and qualified before it counts as delivered
05

Measured

A weekly scorecard from your own records. If something drops, you see it the same week we do.

StandardEvery figure links to its rows. No number we cannot show you

What we publish, and what we don’t.

We publish the standard each stage must meet and the number that proves it met. We do not publish how the homeowners are found, how the sequences are timed, how the qualifying logic works or how the routing decides. That is the system we have spent years building, it is the reason the numbers hold, and it stays ours. What you get is the result, the receipt, and the right to stop any week.

The full walk-through
Standards

Four rules we hold ourselves to, in writing.

Not slogans. Each of these is an operating rule inside the company with a reason behind it, and you can check every one from your own scorecard.

1

One company per territory.

While you are running, no other company is marketed to homeowners in your territory through us. A territory is a tier of one ZIP or many, and it is exclusive for as long as you are active.

WHY: two companies in one territory means the same homeowner hears from both, and both lose.
2

$500 minimum, or it is not an appointment.

Every homeowner is qualified before booking. A job under the minimum is thanked and logged, never put on your calendar to make a number look good.

WHY: a crew driven across town for a $150 trim costs more than the lead was worth.
3

A person approves anything a homeowner sees.

Replies, posts, review responses and campaigns are drafted and held. Someone says yes. Routine confirmations run on templates you approved once. Everything is logged and reversible.

WHY: your name is on it. Speed is not worth a message you would not have sent.
4

Every number links to its rows.

We do not put results on a brochure. We put your week on your screen, from your systems, with each figure traceable to the record behind it. If we cannot show it, we do not claim it.

WHY: a number you cannot check is a story, and stories do not run a business.

Twenty minutes. Five checks. You keep the findings either way.

We do the analysis live on a screen share, in front of you, from what is already public about your business and your area. You leave with a written report of what is leaking jobs, in priority order, whether or not you hire us.

Week to week

No contract and no minimum term. You pay for the week ahead and can stop any week.

Exclusive territory

One company per territory while you are running. A territory is one ZIP or many. Availability is confirmed on the call, not assumed.

You own it all

Domain, site, listing, content and data are yours. If you leave, they leave with you.

Nothing sends unseen

Every reply, post, review response and campaign is approved by a person before a customer of yours sees it.

Who it’s for

Owner-run companies that do good work and lose jobs to whoever answers first.

Two to fifty people. The owner still picks up the phone. Crews that could take on more this month. If that is you, the first call pays for its twenty minutes.

Straight answers

The questions owners ask on the first call.

Answered the way we answer them on the call, so you can decide before you book it.

Do you guarantee results?+
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google, the weather or a homeowner’s budget. What we do guarantee is that you see every number the system produces, every week, from your own records, and that you can stop any week. That is a stronger position for you than a promise that cannot be checked.
What exactly do I get for appointment setting?+
A booked, verified, qualified estimate on your calendar: a real address, a job of at least $500 in the homeowner’s own words, a confirmed time, in your exclusive territory. That is the delivered unit. Whether the homeowner is home, whether you win the bid and what the job is worth happen after delivery and depend on you.
How fast do we see something?+
Follow-up speed changes the day it is switched on, and you can watch it in the scorecard. Listing improvements typically show in views and calls within weeks. Search rankings are the slow one and we say so up front. Appointment setting produces booked estimates from the first week it runs in your territory.
What does it cost?+
Quoted after the free analysis, in writing, per service, on week-to-week terms. Appointment setting is priced per territory tier, billed weekly, plus a one-time setup. We do not publish numbers here because the right scope depends on what the analysis finds.
What does “exclusive territory” mean exactly?+
While you are running with us, no other company is marketed to homeowners in your territory through us. A territory is a tier: one ZIP or many, agreed in writing before you start. It is exclusive for as long as you are active. We do not promise a waiting period after a contractor stops, because we cannot honour one, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a line.
Will anything go to my customers without my say-so?+
No. Replies, posts, review responses and campaigns are drafted and held for a person to approve. Routine confirmations and reminders run on templates you approved once. Every automated action is logged, and anything that cannot be undone waits for a human.
Who owns the website, the listing and the data?+
You do. The domain is registered to you, the Google Business Profile is owned by your Google account with us as a manager, and the CRM records are yours. If you leave, you keep everything and we hand over the logins.
Why won’t you explain exactly how the system works?+
Because it is the company. We will show you every standard it must meet, every number it produces for you and every action it took on your behalf. The mechanics of how homeowners are found, sequenced, scored and routed are the result of years of work and they stay with us, the same way you do not hand a competitor your pricing sheet.

Is your area open?

Two seconds to check, no phone number needed. If it is, book the free analysis. If it is not, join the line and we tell you the week it opens.
